Following the mission to develop Scientific Research and Development in Iraq, and in the framework of the second Science and Technology meeting held in Beirut, Berytech welcomed a delegation of high level figures from Iraq on December 14, coming from Ministries of Higher Education and Scientific research, Ministry of Industry, Agriculture, and Health in the presence of  Deans and distinguished Professors residing abroad and working for renowned universities.

Dr. Rouhana, Director of Berytech, started by introducing the incubator, the available programs, training and events for entrepreneurs, as well as the mission of Berytech and its support to innovation and technology sector.

A tour in the technological pole followed presenting business facilities and technological infrastructure and a meeting with several entrepreneurs was held, sharing their experiences and introducing their companies.
The visit to Berytech allowed the delegation to witness a practical case of a technological pole and the opportunities it offers to foster R&D and innovation, in addition to the structure and synergy model where university, research, and industry meet and partner.
