Berytech on the hiking trails of Annoubine |

 On October 15th 2011 the Berytech Management Team organized its fall hiking trip to Kadisha Valley with the participation of Berytech's Chairman and executives, as well as resident community entrepreneurs.
Led by Mr. Sami Beydoun, Managing Partner of the Berytech Fund and a confirmed hiker, this adventure allowed participants to connect on the trails of Annoubine. A lovely and warm summer-like weather and the charming nature completed the scenic trek.
The group visited a number of landmarks in the holy valley, starting with the convent of Annoubine, passing by the Colombian recluse grotto and finishing in the convent of Qozhaya and its museum where the first printing press in the Middle-East is located.
A spring hike is scheduled for the month of April and will most likely encompass the Cedars forest of Barouk. |
Following the launch of the Global Social Venture Competition, Daniele Diab, Founder of Myschoolpulse, was selected by ESSEC Business School, for having the best social entrepreneurship project amongst applicants from Lebanon and the region, in 2011, thus, having the opportunity to benefit from a targeted coaching program and technical assistance to develop the project successfully.
