In the framework of SME Evolution Program, Berytech and Potential organized a workshop entitled “Leadership and Company Valuation”, on July 7 at the technological pole, gathering several entrepreneurs, supporting them in the development of their businesses.

The leadership session was presented by Mr. Michael J. Tolan, Senior Consultant, at Potential, who exposed the difference between a leader and a manager, and what it takes to be a Leader in today's fast paced business environment.

On the other hand, Mr. Sami Beydoun, Managing Partner, Berytech Fund, lead a session entitled “Company Valuation”, aiming at helping entrepreneurs, learn how to assess and set a value to their business, when is the right time to determine the valuation, and what are the benefits of defining the value of a company.

A cocktail drink followed the sessions and presented a pleasant networking platform for participants, sharing their personal experience, opinion and advice.
