Berytech and ESIB (Faculty of Engineering - USJ) organized a workshop entitled iPhone/iPad Applications Development Course, which was held in April 2011 at the technological pole and gathered around 30 professionals, having a technological background.

This course included a series of guided instructions, hands-on coding exercises, and discussions, where participants learned to create full-featured iPhone/iPad applications from scratch, acquired the fundamentals of creating applications as well as the major tools and APIs in the iPhone/iPad SDK in order to develop mobile applications like pros.
The program integrated the following topics: Objective C overview, Cocoa overview, Developing iPhone and iPad applications, Creating custom controls and Putting your application on the iTunes store.

Participants got a unique chance to partake in a competition, developing “the best sales app”, and win a MacBook White, an iPad and iPod Touch offered by Interlink.
Following several requests, an upcoming session will be announced soon as well as other types of trainings in the field of applications development.
