In the context of the visit of Jesuit Superior General Adolfo Nicolas to Lebanon, a conference was held at the university of Saint-Joseph on March 24, in the presence of Father René Chamussy, SJ, Rector, featuring social activities organized by the university.

Berytech, which participates in the social activities of USJ, exposed the social entrepreneurship competition which was introduced in 2010 and led to the creation of two enterprises.
Berytech highlighted the importance of this initiative and its long term impact on the economy wellbeing, as well as the growth strategy of this competition taking it to a regional level.
The Jesuit Superior General expressed his interest and support for this initiative, encouraging Berytech and USJ in their path to promote social entrepreneurship culture in the region.
