I think the main challenges were :
- Building a strong very competitive team and strengthening the team spirit
- Differentiating our services and creating innovative approaches
- Defining the best sales strategy

What helps overcoming these challenges is:
- Continuous Support from the shareholders
- Choosing the right persons for the team
- Setting the right Key Performance Indicators
