Berytech participated in a joint Korea Development Institute/World Bank Learning Event entitled "Rapid Innovation Action Learning", on July 5-6, 2010.
 

Following the Innovation Policy Discussion Note that has been written for Lebanon, based on a series of interviews of stakeholders in the Lebanese innovation system, this initiative aimed at stimulating discussion amongst the team and with participants, KDI and World Bank, regarding the elaborated report with finalized recommendations.

Berytech, being part of the Lebanese team, contributed in the presentation "Findings from the RIAL: country team presentations", highlighting the feedback and recommendations on the findings of the RIAL policy, specifically related to the Lebanese Team's own perception of its innovation policy and national innovation system as well as the key issues of the innovation policy note.
An interesting debate followed involving conferences participants from the region, in addition to World Bank and KDI staff.
