What is the activity of Ebiz Production?

Ebizproduction is a web agency which is active in the design, development and deployment of a range of solutions in web development and web marketing. The company is based in Beirut, Lebanon and Marseilles, France with sales activities in Europe, the Middle East and North America. More than 60% of our sales are exported to the global market.

We work with online publishers, digital agencies and organizations with large web concerns such as e-commerce sites, online media and other companies for which the internet is an important channel of communication.

We have always relied on a solid web marketing department to help companies achieve their overall marketing objectives through an efficient online presence. This is even more so today with the increasing importance of search engines and social media. We help our clients achieve top rankings on the leading search engines by optimizing their site for a variety of keywords which are commonly searched for by potential visitors. The results are long lasting, making SEO a very cost-effective method for increasing companies’ visibility on the internet and outranking the competition. It is however a fast-moving science which requires continuous attention and monitoring to ensure the site remains highly visible. The same goes for SMO or social media optimization.

What are the biggest challenges you faced starting up and how did you overcome them?

We first started operating in Lebanon with a representative office of our French company. This can play both in your favor - people tend to think you have special skills or know-how - and against you - they can be reluctant to work with someone who can vanish in case of instability. We registered the company as a Lebanese entity in 2003. Now, after ten years of presence in Lebanon and having lived what the country went through over the past years, only the positive aspects remain. However, 85% of the company is owned by foreigners and now banks require a lot of collaterals when we apply for a loan.

What do you enjoy most from your stay in Berytech?

Berytech is also a very pleasant business location where we meet other entrepreneurs and share experiences. Some companies established here are clients, other are our suppliers.In addition, Berytech's staff is very friendly and always ready to assist in establishing new business relations. The view and the internet connection are amazing.

Where do you see your company in the coming five years?

Over the past months, we've been working on setting up the structure that will allow us to market our services in the GCC countries, which is an almost untapped market when it comes to Search Engine Optimization. We're now ready and if everything works as planned, the company will be a major player in this field at the regional level.
