Why did you start BSynchro?
We always felt that customers needed turnkey solutions rather than products; they needed partners who could understand the impact of technology and its effect on people. Thanks to the previous solid experiences of the founders and the detection of specific needs in the market, we have decided to create BSynchro (Business Synchronization)
What are your services and who are your customers?
Our Products & Services are divided into two main segments:
-BSynchro Insurance Solutions -> We provide the Global Insurance Industry with Consultancy Services and IT Solutions, in all the MENA Region.
-BSynchro Business Intelligence -> We have developed a core competency in the development of Business Intelligence System and Services, and we are targeting different kind of industries (Insurance, Banks, Financial services, Retail, Public sector …)
In today’s highly competitive market, how do you see yourself moving forward?
Since its creation, BSynchro is constantly expanding thanks to innovative and turnkey solutions specifically adapted to each client.

How Berytech helped you in achieving your dreams?
In Berytech we learned from the multiple companies, especially from the incubatees that were fighting for their success, we were motivated by the environment and the students all around, we were supported by Berytech team where it was much more than just a leaseholder approach it was the smile, the concern and the always available support spirit that helped us to resist during the bad moments and to grow.
Moreover it was not all, you droved us into new perspectives and created for us new opportunities: meeting with influential people, participating into exhibitions, trainings, understanding funds and how to build strong companies.
What would you like to say to Lebanese entrepreneurs who do not consider Lebanon a country to invest in?
Taking the decision to invest is always risky and need preparation! But Lebanon offers multiple opportunities
1. The offshore legal facilities from taxation perspectives,
2. Moderate cost of operation,
3. Proximity to Europe, Middle East and Africa,
4. Knowledgeable, multi-cultural, dynamic human resources,
5. Enjoyable living environment,
6. Entrepreneurial spirit.
