On Friday February 20, 2009 and in partnership with Berytech, Berytech Fund hosted a Valuation Workshop for entrepreneurs and the financial community in Mar Roukoz.

The workshop addressed issues faced by companies seeking investment partners and that needed to navigate through valuation, funding, term sheets, Wacc and discount rates.

The workshop was by invitation only and featured a full house. Interaction between the audience and the workshop leader was quite dynamic and addressed all the concerns raised

The workshop leader, Constantin Salameh, is Chief Operating Officer of Emirates International Investment Company. He also has 25 years of senior cross-functional (finance, sales, marketing and operations) management experience with multinational companies and family businesses in the technology, private equity, retail and financial services sectors. Salameh is also member of the Investment Committee of the Berytech Fund.
