 Between March and May 2008, Berytech visited a string of university campuses and presented a number of workshops in an effort to promote entrepreneurship and incubation through Berytech.
The conferences addressed senior university students in Business, Computer Science, Technology and Engineering and featured at different times interventions from BADER as well as various testimonials from successful entrepreneurs.
In each of the conferences, Berytech presented its incubation services and shared success stories that made it through Berytech's incubator. A prize draw was held at the conclusion of each of the conferences, allowing audience members to win valuable prizes.
Berytech’s 2008 road show comprised the following stops: Université Saint Esprit Kaslik, Notre Dame University –Women In IT Workshop, American University of Beirut, Lebanese American University – Beirut Campus, American University for Science & Technology and Arab Open University.
In accordance to its tradition, Berytech will be holding a Summer School for Young Entrepreneurs which will start on July 7; it has also partnered with ESCWA to incubate projects in the framework of the Digital Arabic Content competition deployed regionally and will be holding its yearly incubation awards this fall.
