Berytech participated in the first edition of the information and communication technology conference and exhibition in Qatar, QITCOM 2011, focusing on innovation and the sharing of new ideas in a panel on “Incubation & Entrepreneurship”.

On Friday May 20th, 2011, took part in the signing ceremony in Paris for the inception of FARO Lebanon and the Faro Club, and to establish linkages between FARO France and its Lebanese counterpart. This French-Lebanese agreement will set the scene for a regional cooperation to support innovation.

On May 10 and 11, Berytech participated in a Workshop on Promoting and Benchmarking the ICT Sector in the ESCWA Region which took place at the UN house with local and regional consultants and stakeholders in the ICT sector.

On May 4 and 6, with the support of Injaz, Berytech hosted a two-day academy on entrepreneurship for senior students from “Collège des Saints-Coeurs”. The training witnessed the participation of 35+ students hailing from different Saints-Coeurs establishments and regions from Batroun to Zahleh and Ashrafieh.
