The first Berytech – Mowgli mentorship session took place during the first week of February, in the remote village of the Cedars, matching 7 international mentors to 7 Berytech-based entrepreneurs in an experience intended to inspire, empower and support.

Berytech Fund signed a new equity investment with Active Identity, a technology startup specialized in UHF Radio Frequency Identification (RFID).

On Tuesday February 2, 2010 Berytech hosted a lunch-discussion in honor of H.E. Mrs. Michele Sison, US Ambassador to Lebanon, gathering a number of Berytech entrepreneurs, executives as well as US Embassy staff members.

The Central Bank of Lebanon in collaboration with "L’Ecole Supérieure des Affaires" (ESA) organized a two-day workshop to promote entrepreneurship in Lebanon. This seminar which took place on January 21 and 22, at ESA, was led by Professor Jacqueline Fendt, Chaire Entrepreneuriat ESCP Europe, but also a business angel and past CEO of top tier European companies.
