National Mobile Programming Contest Workshop |

 The National Mobile Programming Contest was launched on April 13, by Father Melki of University of Balamand at Berytech Technology & Health. This contest consists of mobile applications development and targets all university students from all Lebanese universities. Following the launch, a workshop was held for the selected teams to help them improve their projects in order to compete.

Beirut Creative Cluster Officially Launched |

 On April 2, Beirut Creative Cluster, an initiative by Berytech, celebrated its launch by organizing the Creative Upload Party (CUP 1.0) at Playroom, Nahr El Mot, under the patronage of H.E Minister of Telecom Nicolas Sehanoui. About 400 A-list industry professionals, university faculty members and market shakers were present to celebrate the Lebanese creative industry.

First UK Cross Media Week Held at Berytech Digital Park |

 The British Council and Beirut Creative Cluster, in partnership with Skillset Media Academy Wales, organized their first cross media workshop in Lebanon. It was held in Berytech’s newest entity, Berytech Digital Park in Beirut Digital District, which supports startups and SMEs in the digital and creative industries.
